Shipping

1. Your item will be shipped out after the Aliexpress verified. In special cases, for example, changing the color or providing the feet measurements, may be 7-10 days to prepare.

2. We ship all of our items via DHL,UPS,EMS,DPEX,FEDEX ,ARAMEX etc. Normally we choose the fastest express, they need 4-9 or 8-15 days to arrive, or choosing aliexpress shipping, it needs more time, but depends on the customs situation to choose. For example, we choose the easy customs clearance express for some countries. It may take longer due to delay in customs clearance, public holidays, weather condition or the factors of force majeure.

3. We will send you a tracking number after we receive it from the carrier, please check it and keep in touch with us for parcel tracking.

4. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties. But if you have any special requirements, please contact us in advance.

Return or exchange

1. All delivered items are 100% in good quality and under strict examination before they are shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.

2. If you are not satisfied with the shoes or the size is not fit, most countries have "local free return" policy, please apply "return and full payment refund" within 15 days, when the Aliexpress local warehouse receives the package, the payment will be refunded to you, you can order the right size again.

3. If your country does not have "local free return" policy, we also have return and refund policy, but you need to send them to China for return and refund or exchange.

* For leather shoes apply a quality shoe polish or cream and polish with a dry cloth or brush.
*For suede shoes, brush the nap with a suede brush.
* If shoes are damp, allow them to dry naturally as quality calfskin shoes require a slow natural drying process.
* Using a shoe tree is recommended as it will help maintain the shape of the shoe.
